I think CloudCall is better for enterprises that need to keep the clients and employees in contact but on a professional basis. Talking over the phone makes a person understand better as compared to email conversations and takes less time too, so, CloudCall fits the gap by providing better quality calls and gives analytics as well.

CloudCall's concept of being accessible on the iPhone via the CloucallGo app is excellent. However, at times the app drops calls, and calls are poor quality. Their softphones and chrome extension work great. Also, the call recordings and integration with a Bullhorn is excellent.

Great tool for those who use Bullhorn and Insightsquared. It is fully integrated to those applications and works well as a phone system. Love the softphone aspect, no need for a handset. Anywhere you have an internet connection and your laptop you can make and receive calls.
