Use Cases and Deployment Scope

[CloudContactAI] is a great tool for email marketing. If you’d like to step your email marketing up a notch while integrating it with your entire marketing workflow then this is an investment that’s worth it. It is used by our Marketing Department.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use CloudContactAI to facilitate communication within our organization. We mainly use it for SMS, but as the holidays are approaching, we intend to begin using the email features. SMS helps us reach our customers for important business announcements. For example, we recently closed down our physical location until the pandemic settles down a bit. Leveraging CloudContactAI, we were able to inform our customers that we would continue business but only online.

Likelihood to Recommend

CloudContactAI is a great platform for communicating with customers and sending them deals. Through CloudContactAI we inform customers about good deals, business updates, and to schedule meetings in bulk. We don't have multiple physical locations, but the clients functionality is a great feature that enables users to create different sub accounts to manage multiple store locations, departments, or clients.
