Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We upgraded our subscription from basic/premium to the

enterprise package combining the building labs together. We use it across our building to manage equipment and lab space bookings , the enterprise package allows us to do this with lots of different labs under on umbrella of overview .Small

features such as generating QR codes for bookings are extremely useful.

  • Visibility on inventory
  • Instructor being able to edit equipment added by others
  • Maintenance repeat booking being able to edit separate dates

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Whenever we contact customer support, they respond quickly, are helpful and sort our issues, and give tips on how to work the system better - We use Clustermarket to book desks rather than lab space, it works well but we have found it would be good to have a cut off date to stop people booking too far in advance and then automatically open booking up again for say another month. The team are really helpful and Nathan has solved many issues for me.

Pros

  • They have merged two labs into one for me
  • They have added more labs for me as my institution has them locked
  • They have told me how i am unable to change bulk access times and have to go into each person to change

Cons

  • It would be good to have a time limit to book stuff out like 3/4 months
  • It would be useful to be able to print reports of users and their details and download so you can pick all user up to contact in one hit
  • Ability to change access times/ rooms etc on a bulk upload - so select several or all people and add specific access rather than have to go into each person

Return on Investment

  • not sure as i am only a very small part of a big organisation
