CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is really easy to set-up and maintain. The user interface is easy to follow. But most of all, the support is next level. No problem is too hard or too small, and they are always super responsive and helpful. Any issues and they will help trouble-shoot a solution specific to your needs and requirements.
We were looking for signature software that is compatible with Microsoft365 / ExchangeOnline and works on all end devices. With CodeTwo Email Signatures 365, we found a partner that offers exactly this solution with the signature tool for Microsoft365 among many other products. We have been using the solution for a long time now and are delighted with the versatility of the possibilities. Despite the diversity, the usability is still quite intuitive and well documented on the manufacturer's website. The implementation is also well designed with an onboarding process so that setup is quick and straightforward. Another plus point is that it can be managed via a web browser. No local software is required. Contact with the support team has also gone well so far. They respond quickly and the processing is goal-oriented. I myself am 100% convinced by the signature solution and can recommend it without reservation.

As the setup is guided and simple, the signature solution is quickly set up and configured. From the creation of the CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 environment to the connection with M365, all steps are well documented and automated as far as possible. Once set up, the signature can be used quickly via the integrated signature editor. The creation of the rules for when which signature is used is also well managed, so that the functionality can be provided quickly. Existing signatures can also be imported as HTML code.

However, it may be less suitable for small businesses with the need of purchasing a minimum of 10 licenses. I think there is room to offer a package for smaller businesses with less than 10 users as they can still benefit from the professional display of signatures.
A very well thought-out program with very good handling. You can easily control the signatures. What we really like is the fact that the social media icons are all already predefined and I just have to place them.The handling is also very good. I can apply the signatures to individual employees or to the entire organization.

The simplicity and speed with which you can create a signature and make it available to users is very well implemented. In no time at all we inserted images, set links and then tested and published them. The assignment of the individual mail accounts is also very well thought out
As a company we were not happy with the management capabilities of O365 in controlling users signatures in the company. We started looking for solutions and we came across CodeTwo. When we first started using CodeTwo we were entirely on-prem with Exchange. Then a few years back we moved to O365 for our email and we switched to CodeTwo for O365. We have loved CodeTwo, it allows us to easily manage signatures across many departments, users, and devices. It is very easy to manage and configure. Marketing is easily able to provide new graphics when needed for special campaigns and we can easily control which users get which campaigns.

We have been very pleased with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365. The capabilities and features of the product have been awesome. We can easily manage all signatures for the entire company in one place. There is great flexibility in controlling signatures for various departments/users. The editing tools are awesome. There is great flexibility that allows our Marketing Team to design excellent graphics for all of the signatures. The ability to link each signature to the user and provide social links to their own company media is awesome.
Using CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 as a email signature solution for our entire organization and allowing for a separate signature for special groups. The main reason we chose CodeTwo Email Signatures 365, was the ability to deploy it via a Outlook add-in to allow for email signatures on all devices that use Outlook (which we require).

We used CodeTwo to bring a degree of professionalism to our Corporate Brand. Historically we were using a Word Template that our end users would manually copy into their Outlook signature element. The user could them manipulate this as they desired changing images, fonts and colours - we even had the use of Comic SANs and Wingdings for some reason by people! We also had people include things like working days and hours, qualifications, pronouns etc and they were all inconsistent depending on how people preferred their signature to look. When we look to change imagery, or initiate any form of marketing campaign we would want to advertise it was a proverbial nightmare to get all of our staff to follow instruction. Bringing CodeTwo into the organisation just made all of these problems disappear, we are able to centrally manage and enforce a layout and styling that fits the professional image we want to convey and still respect peoples desires to express themselves with pronouns, qualifications etc but in a consistent and approved format that demonstrates a unified approach to branding. We are able to issue marketing campaigns in a timed format and we are able to make changes to signatures on the fly if we need too. All in all, a happy life ensues!

I would absolutely love to see the introduction of being able to force a branding format (Font, size etc) across our email real estate, this was a feature moons ago but would love to see this come back especially when Microsoft can kill all this for you at the drop of a hat....erm Aptos makes me sad!
