DocRead is an add on for Microsoft's SharePoint and allows companies to assign policies (or other items) stored in SharePoint to groups of users or individuals , tracks whether those people read and acknowledge their assignments, provides reports to help you manage compliance and automatically follows up if assignments are not completed by a deadline.
