We have Comcast Business fiber, coax, tv, and phone lines. We also make use of their back up services.
Pros
- Portal management. It makes it super easy to see issues with modems and other equipment.
- Customer service. They are normally quick to respond and send someone out.
- Wonderful internet service. We use a lot of different carriers in our multitude of buildings and Comcast is always the most reliable.
Cons
- Phone line management. Sometimes is a little hard to see all of them.
- Sometimes too much security. If you don't have the authorized user, it can be annoying to get them to do anything for you
Return on Investment
- Fast support so less down time during internet outages.
- Easy to pay bills so less likely to have accounts closed off (which is an issue on some other ISPs for us)
- Offers great speeds to help employees perform their best
