We use it as our PIMS. This program allows us to schedule appointments, enter medical records including prescriptions, as well as create products and inventory. We use it for many, many things in our veterinary clinic.

It's great for scheduling, medical records and creating things to suit specific needs.
We recently switched to using worldpay as our card processor since it integrates with Covetrus Impromed- this has been terrible for us. We have issues almost daily and, in our experience, support is difficult to work with.
