Seamless Streamlining of Customer Relationship Management
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Since this is the only app that works best with Google Workspace, we've been using it for a little over a year. We needed it for lead management and revenue tracker, which is easier in CRM Assistant for Gmail™ compared to others. I can say that this is not so perfect, (I still prefer the functionalities and user-friendly interface of Salesforce), but it works great when integrated with other apps and most of the tools we use at work are from Google. It has seamless integration with SuiteCRM.

- This could have been a multiple in one if they just integrated everything else in CRM Assistant for Gmail™
- Recently Opened Records could have been placed in a different tab for its own, instead of the home page
Return on Investment
- We started from GMV of 200k to 1M from January to April.
- From 1M GMV in April, to consistently achieving 2M and up in October.
- Other apps would be to pricey. I'd say it's worth the value for the work it does for our numbers!
