Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Crunchr is people management tools, it collects data of all the employees and once it is loaded, automatic quality control of the data takes place. We have used this software for generating audit reports that provides insight into the results and improves the overall productivity of the company. It analysis the data and provides excellent prediction for future improvements.

We used Crunchr, for generating audit reports. It comes with hundreds of metrics and filters such as employee's location, gender, age, grade etc. Using all these available tools and options, it makes analyzing way easier. With this there is no need to manually build reports and models. It also provides very user friendly UI, you can simply drag and drop to answer most complex questions.

We get a unified view of our people and organization: in fact, it combines, cleans, and validates our data from different systems. We needed something compatible with our existing HR system and Crunchr was the best choice. 100 % worth it.

The dashboard is user friendly, very intuitive. As you know, Crunchr has been specifically designed for HR, so you will save the time and risk of manually building models and reports: metrics are pre-built into Crunchr, allowing you to start analyzing your people data immediately. Also, it has an API available.

Crunchr helps our organization to manage all of our Human Resource focuses in a way that allows us to continue concentrating on what we do well, serving our customers. By outsourcing HR to Crunchr, we are able to keep our focus on our work while feeling confident that Crunchr, as industry experts in their field, are handling the HR reporting in an efficient and accurate way for us.

Pros

  • Synthesizes employee data across various data points in our organization
  • Creates clear, easy to understand, useful data models to help us make better decisions
  • The dashboards are invaluable to helping us meet goals like diversity targets and retention efforts

Cons

  • Crunchr takes a little while to get set up which can set a fast moving business back a little bit.
  • Crunchr doesn't automatically import/translate data from all existing systems when you're onboarding as a new client, so there seems to be a great deal of manual entry at the start up.
  • Reports sometime have a slow runtime during times of high use.

Likelihood to Recommend

Crunchr is a perfect fit for a medium to large sized organization that has a strong interest in understanding their current HR trends, and then taking action to increase company performance based upon those results. If a business is not in the interest of growing, retaining employees, or understanding why people are not happy at their company, Crunchr won't be worth the money. It's a little on the expensive side for some smaller businesses.
