CSG's customer and billing management platform supports the entire buying journey, from account setup, install and upgrade. ACP’s pre-integrated approach to billing and revenue management aims to give users the flexibility to scale billing operations, while CSG handles the heavy lifting of syncing systems.
The ACP portfolio includes:
- Product Configurator - Dynamically create, present, and order complex pricing and bundles for sale to customers.
- ACSR - Provide CSRs with accurate and detailed customer information at their fingertips, to reduce call times (and customer frustration).
- Customer Interaction Tracking - CIT is an add-on module to ACSR. Customer service representatives can use CIT to enter notes, log information, and schedule reminders about their customer’s concerns.
- Business Reporting - Timely insights that helps to make smart business decisions.
- Interfaces - CSG offers several interfaces to allow our clients or vendors to integrate with CSG’s billing system.
