It is helping us with data collection and analysis of different applications and web pages. It provides us with the data in real time, through graphs, dashboards and complete analysis. It is very simple to use and set up, so in a short time we can get the required data.

Pros

  • It has the drag-and-drop tool, to make it much easier and more comfortable the elaboration of charts and graphs.
  • These dashboards that the application allows you to make, automatically generate reports for each user.
  • It also generates various reports automatically such as sales reports, marketing reports, performance reports, interactive reports and more.

Cons

  • I wish, just as they added the drag and drop tool, they could add the copy and paste option, to save us more time.
  • The charts and panels could be more customizable and flexible, as there are some functions that are limiting.
  • I would like to be given the option to compare data or metrics with each other and be able to add them to a chart for better visualization of the results.
