We use D&B Connect to review all builders hired by our clients. D&B Connect gives us the information needed to review and accurately assess each builder proposed by our clients. It also provides us their history of building and history as company as a whole with thorough information that leads us to making decisions on whether to allow them or not

Parrish Tire used D&B Connect to review anomalies in the customer data to ensure we match data in the system as best as possible. We have been able to create data layouts to share with our team members quickly. We can keep our customer records up to date much quicker and find any discrepancies.

We are currently using D&B Connect for account level information to integrate to our customer database to populate firmographics. We found that other companies information was less trustworthy than Dunn and Bradstreet and decided to segregate the data between two sources: Firmographics and Demographics. D&B Connect was used as Firmographics as we found their information the most accurate.

D&B Connect is truly a lifeline to our company when evaluating potential customers and reviewing current customers' financial health. We utilize the program weekly, and it allows our teams to get a more in-depth look at who we're doing business with. I highly recommend the program. The only slight downside is the overall cost, which is higher than we would like.
