We use Datadeck at our organization to reach our goal in more efficient way by using the systematic way. It helps us in collecting our data in an efficient way at one place which helps us in finding the data anytime and monitoring the analytical of our work process to achieve the oriented goals more fast.

One of the best thing is it is so flexible and easy to use

The Datadeck is very helpful for me as I have experienced. It has to many sources from where you can connected and take the insight of the data. It is too flexible and easy to use. The software is easy to use and can be manage very easily. You can use so many different templates according to your category of the data and business at one place. It is very less time consuming.

Datadeck simplifies reporting by allowing us to interrogate multiple apps at once, minimizing the need to launch other apps individually. It's a strong tool that doesn't require any programming, so anyone can use it.

The user-friendly interface, quick adaptation, and various functionalities allow us to use our information effectively. Datadeck is a data analytics, visualization, and BI software solution. It provides everything we need to analyze our data and draw conclusions that will be useful to our business. Datadeck compiles, displays, and consolidates our website's data.

Pros

Easy to set up, can use multiple sources.
Virtualized collaboration is the best signature feature.

Cons

There are still important pieces missing.
The way prices are set is a little strange.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use DataDeck to help us analyze our client's data coming from different sources. We had so much trouble getting this data from many different dashboards. Now with only one login, we can sync from emails reports to Facebook ads costs. They recently redesigned the dashboard, making our work managing the decks even easier.

Pros

With DataDeck we can manage the Facebook Ads campaigns with no need to login to the Facebook Ads Manager dashboard
We can easily monitor our MailChimp campaigns straight from the deck
All of our Google Analytics accounts can be monitored using DataDeck

Cons

We think the DataDeck dashboard can be a little easier to organize
For first time users, they can get lost with all the functionality DataDeck offers

DataDeck is an excellent solution for those who need to analyze Google Analytics daily. You can have an exclusive deck for an exclusive GAt account and select the reports and instances needed. No need to go deep into the GA menus anymore. Just pick the info you need and that specify data will be easily available.
We feel that sharing the dashboard with our clients does not work well once, sometimes, have difficulties to understand the dashboard and data.
