We use Deem for all corporate travel. It is an awesome app to book flights because you can make modifications at any point. My department deals with IT integration, supporting operational needs across multiple companies. We therefore make several trips, day in day out and Deem has been the software making car renting and hotel bookings a breeze.
Pros
You can modify your bookings to your preferences
Has fast response times when researching for options
Relatively accurate carbon emission ratings most of the time
Cons
The ITA search engine is quite slow
Ineffective in terms of hotel reservations.

Deem has made life simpler while we make our trips around the states to deliver innovative IT systems with clients. It has incredible synchronization so that whenever you are out for an official trip, the management is notified of your absence in good time. I however a big issue with their hotel reservation system. It does not update the reservations availability in real-time and we get the 'reservation not available message' after booking which brings several inconveniences.
Deem is being used by the whole organization to plan travel. It is a great way to book without having to take the time to go through the travel agency directly. It is streamlined to where every user login correlates to their respective departments for billing. I highly recommend it.
Pros
Ease of use. Very user friendly
Able to book any kind of travel very quickly- air, hotels, etc.
Can setup airline or hotel preferences so they are displayed first
Cons
The only thing on mobile is the selecting a time frame option for a flight is a little confusing the first time you use it

I used to have to book through the travel agency directly, which was very time consuming. I would either have to type out a specific email to my travel agent or call in and get put on hold and wait until someone was available to speak with. Now I can book and compare flights myself with the click of a button.
Deem is used by my organization as its travel management platform. I use Deem to book flights, hotel accommodations and rental cars related to business travel. Deem works alongside an existing vendor which stores my complete traveler profile. This profile is pulled into the Deem system each time I wish to make a travel reservation.
Pros
Integration with organization SSO for a linked profile
User friendly graphical user interface for booking of flights and hotels
Easy to determine which flights or hotels are in corporate policy
Cons
Company Cost Allocation rule is a custom addition and is hidden in a submenu by default

Deem works in a similar manner to many personal travel booking sites. If a user has previous experience with Booking.com, Orbitz, Expedia, etc. it is likely they will be familiar with the mechanics of Deem from first use. In this way, Deem draws upon a user's prior experience to provide an easy-to-use platform for booking travel. Deem does not function as the point-of-contact after booking - a user is directed to go to the constituent system once a booking is completed.
