What is DeepTalent?
DeepTalent is an automated cloud-based performance management system that offers self, peer, and supervisor reviews, collects the data and surfaces it via an analytics interface. The platform aims to promote a culture of feedback that leads to a sustainable competitive advantage. Users enter or import employee data and choose survey and review periods, then review analytics as they come in. Reminders and surveys are sent automatically either in a 360-degree format with peers or a more traditional supervisor/employee review process.
The analytics tools help surface top performers and under-performers, identify skill gaps, see progress towards company goals, and drill down to gain greater insight into strengths and weaknesses as an organization. A compensation tool helps award pay raises and bonuses to those who are truly driving growth and have competency data to help protect against lawsuits. An automated scorecard can be emailed to key stakeholders to show the organization’s progress towards goals. There is a mass import tool make it easy to upload all employee data to get started.
