Poor execution for RDC/RDS environments.
Setup sync is a resource hog. It bogs down every user on initial sync who needs to use/access QB data.

If they have not had an invoice generated in X number of days/weeks/months/years, we can create a custom campaign via email/text to reach out to them and attempt to re-engage with those customers to generate new 'existing business' or entirely new leads for our Sales team to run.

It is extremely appropriate for any appointment based business - specifically spas, dentists, and hair salons.
It's a great service. I highly recommend it. It helps streamline lead generation. If you're thinking about using it give the demo a try. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous.
Demandforce is used to confirm upcoming appointments; allow patients to request appointments online; allow patients to write reviews about their experience during their appointment, and send email reminders to patients who haven't had an exam in over a year, etc. Demandforce is used by the patient relations team who schedule appointments.
