My agency uses DemandWorks to assist in garnering leads for our B2B client sales initiatives. We typically run about 2-3 campaigns with DemandWords a quarter because this client has several different lines of businesses whose audiences we need to tackle separately, in which DemandWorks has the ability to reach each sector. They help us deliver a sure amount of leads to the client without the uncertainty of the campaign not being successful like with platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
Pros
- Deliver Quality Leads.
- Reps have great communication and are always willing to help.
- Always giving recommendations on how to better this campaign if it is one that has a larger audience size.
Cons
- I think their demand pro feature is cool but it doesn't quite function as well as their ABM feature. Seems like it's just impression dumping
- Their self-service site is not that user-friendly. There could be room for improvement

- Quality leads that our clients love
- DemandPro isn't the best ROI if you're looking at on-site engagement
