We have used Demostack for 2+ years to build custom demos, quickly. In the past, it would take 4 - 6 hours to build a demo in the platform. We can now have these ready to present in less than 5 minutes. Our sales team uses Demostack for prospecting, intro calls, video tours and lots more. We know that deals are far more likely to close if a prospect sees a custom demo. But it was impossible to scale and we had to make hard choices on which prospects would get a custom demo. Now we can use them at any point in the sales cycle. We also love the Tours function which allows customers to have a self-guided experience with ROI info embedded. This helps champions sell when we are not in the room, which is a huge help since our typical buying committee is 5+ people.

Get Demostack if: Custom demos help you close deals but are hard to build. You struggle with helping champions sell when you are not in the room. Consistent use of demo resources across your sales team and data to measure success/optimize are a priority. Where I think Demostack is less relevant? A very inexpensive SaaS platform where there is no need for customization, a buying committee of only 1 or 2, and a very fast deal cycle (1 week or less).
