I used Document360 to create my knowledge base even without the technical skills. I have used the WYSIWYG editor which helped me to create my knowledge base in less time-consuming. So we have not encountered any scenarios where this tool was not helpful. This tool is very easy to use as it took our team around 4 hours to use this tool effectively and we are not from a technical background and have not used SQL.
