What is Dooly.AI?

Dooly is a sales enablement platform that collects information and insights essential to close business sales. Originally designed to make faster updates in Salesforce, Dooly has evolved into a connected workspace that integrates with several different CRM tools. Features include editing and notetaking while on calls, as well as a dashboard for co-workers to share their meetings, tasks, notes, and sales pipelines. With a strong focus on promoting teamwork, Dooly aims to help sales professionals meet their targets while managing client accounts more easily and efficiently.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Dooly.Al is used as a note-taking solution with customizable in-built templates that helps in the conversation. With this, I am able to ask relevant questions to identify the pain points of customers, have sufficient prior research done before the conversation, and be able to come back to refer to the notes taken down anytime without worries that they would disappear. Not only that but being able to use it for any form of meeting from training to taking down notes to performing my day-to-day task has been extremely useful.

Dooly is the best for teams looking to move quickly

Problem: Salesforce is slow to update and annoying. Solution: A fast tool that can really help me update the platform so so fast.

Dooly really gets it right, they are focused on making the simple tasks that should be simple in SFDC, actually easy to use again. It seems ridiculous that you need another product to do this, but you do, and this is the one you should be using.

Pros

  • It is fast and pulls my lists of accounts so so fast.
  • It's easy to take notes and pull in historical context.
  • I can clearly see the activity on my account.

Cons

  • Sometimes there is a challenge in getting the right list of opportunities to show up.
  • I'm not sure if this is possible, but it would be great to see dashboards on this platform too.

  • Being able to easily change opportunities, take notes and track everything in one place.

It is a fundamental and complementary tool to the SalesForce software, because we can create notes while we are on a phone call and these notes are automatically synchronized in the SalesForce software to not lose the details of the call with the customer, saving time.

Pros

  • Excellent integration, automation and synchronization with SalesForce, allowing the entire note filling process to be done almost automatically.
  • It has customized sections to have at hand all the information I need to sell.
  • It has an orderly format and a simple interface to clearly visualize all the notes made during the call.

Cons

  • That sometimes the update with SalesForce is not activated, is a big drawback, since it is what we mainly use it for.
  • The main screen can look a bit cluttered with information, which creates a bit of chaos when logging in.
  • I'd be very happy if it had a mobile app so I wasn't dependent on the computer for work.

  • Allows sharing of notes and templates, so that the rest of the team can see how the sales process went with a customer.
  • It has a very extensive library of templates, which allows more options to collect information from a customer.

  • Thanks to this software the sales process during a call is much faster and more effective. We are able to collect all the necessary information from customers in less time and in a more organized way, improving sales and agent productivity.

Although Dooly.AI offers other features, our company's main use is NOTES. Integration with Salesforce.

  • Template for NOTES and duplicate it
  • Adding highlight color and bold to text on NOTE
  • Integration with Salesforce

Cons

  • Notes are unorganized in a list making not simple to find NOTE easy to look for.
  • No ability to import or export NOTE templates, so we have to manually create line by line.

Call review notes so the internal team can reference later on in the future.

Pros

  • Allows us to quickly research a keyword a prospect says for on the fly rebuttals.
  • Easy to build templates for efficient note taking.
  • Seamless ability to import directly into our Salesforce CRM.

Cons

  • If I delete the very first line/sentence, it can often lead to me getting an error. I then have to reload the page which is quite frustrating.
