Use Cases and Deployment Scope

EasyKost is wonderful SAAS based software which is excellent to use for the purpose of data mining and cost estimation. Its scope greatly varies in between the design-to-cost and time-to-market performance ,and it can be best suited for the problems like quotation activities ,streamline flow and working of the products. It also helps to determine the cost of new products very easily.

projects using cloud and saas based technologies

Cons

Although enrich with many functionalities it has some gaps which can be filled to make it the best of the arena for e.g phone support and email forum functionality could be enhanced .
Documentation and live online training could add more features from current world.
Other than deployment of web based functionality more domains could be added for IOS and android

Scenarios its well suited : 1. Cloud, SaaS, Web-Based projects are very well handled. 2. Training in live and documentation is also nice as per the industry standards. 3. costing and quotation activities are also the best part of EasyKost. Scenario it needs improvement: 1. Accuracy of data is not optimized up to the mark. 2. Phone and Email support could be enhanced. 3. Data driven software is also needed

We are a big group, and we support a lot of services to our clients. A market full of demands ends up with a variety of visions with even more various solutions. So sometimes it's not easy to estimate each and every product as for most of the products we do not have experienced people and designed matrices from the past experiences. So every time we need to lookup for a subject matter expert with rich experience for cost estimations and unforeseen situations. So it was quite a cumbersome as well time taking process which may lead to a bad impression on client/product owners. So EasyKost comes as a solution for the above-mentioned problem statement, for automating and making easy the whole process of cost estimation of products or services which comes out to be deterministic in all possible ways. It's just a matter of a few seconds. Just we need to provide the rich data and that's all. No need for any expert knowledge of industrial processes.

Hyperparameter Tunning is still coming under 5-8% of deviation, this can be optimized.
Every time to get the best estimation accuracy of data is expected from the user end, so still, dependency is there.
One needs to take care of units every time working on any model, so since it's an AI product hence self-learning of the software is expected which could have some sort of suggestion to make the environment even safer.

Well Suited Scenarios :
1. This is a cost estimation product that just needs the exposure of data, in fact, enriched data and after that, not just estimation, a well exhaustive set of insights and analytics can be fetched. Which in turn gives a heads-up to business. So EasyKost is well suited whenever any product needs price estimation and we don't have subject matter expert or industrial knowledge. So, in this case, it comes as the one solution for all problems.'
2. Not only for product cost estimation, this product is well suitable for the service, inventory etc estimation.

Scenarios Where EasyKost is less suitable are:
1. EasyKost is an AI-enabled tool that can only work if we have a sufficient dataset to feed or else we can't control the situation within the accepted deviation and hence that can lead to a fiasco. So in such situation its good to go for subject matter expert or a knowledge expert rather than relying on any such software product
