We needed a dashboard to monitor efficiency signals in our production process. Previously, we exported JIRA data into XLS and updated formulas on a weekly basis. Doing ad-hoc analysis at a weekly cadence wasn't frequent enough to be able to address issues as they were happening. We missed some opportunities to intervene in tasks where scope misalignment caused 3x overages on time estimates and scheduling. Beyond the cadence issue, the presentation options made reporting easier to understand than pivot tables.

Likelihood to Recommend
EazyBI is a great tool to create custom reports based on team performance where measures like Hours Spent are used. It's not as easy as measuring capacity, since that still must be done externally and saved in user-defined formulas.
