Yes, we have. It saves us time in our billing department as meters are pushed into EA daily, making contract billing more efficient and accurate.

Integration difficulty

We are trying to integrate this with other ECI products at this time. We are still working on completing the integration to see if this would be a better solution versus FMAudit which is deployed to all of our sites right now. The integration is proving to be more difficult than expected.

Absolutely, I have jumped onto calls with onsite technicians to help figure out usage, errors, etc. I can sit at my desk and look up devices and serial codes to provide to OEM manufacturers' technical and customer support lines, so my customer doesn't have to wait on hold and I can create a ticket for them.
