ManagerPlus is an EAM software designed to help asset managers and maintenance professionals get the most out of their physical assets. A US-based software solution, ManagerPlus is customizable, making it a platform for a range of industrial sectors: manufacturing, construction, mining, government, fleet, and agribusiness.
Users can automate their maintenance schedules, manage work orders, monitor inventory, report on data trends, align resources, and review and report on complete work histories for every asset. The system can send customized notifications to staff when maintenance is due, when a work order reaches a certain status, and other events that require a timely response.
Managers can monitor maintenance by hours, days or odometer and generate a variety of maintenance reports. Users can create a profile for each asset, with detailed information on the asset's category, type, and other descriptive details, as well as photos, manuals/instructions, associated routine maintenance schedules, and a complete record of all the work that has been done on that asset.
The system simplifies inventory management, enabling users to keep track of stock levels for all parts, and can even automatically reorder parts when levels fall below the acceptable range. Various costing methods such as LIFO, FIFO, rolling average or last cost, are available to choose from.
ManagerPlus is designed to scale with a business and enable its growth. It is a modular solution which links asset management, maintenance management, inventory and purchasing functions together into a single offering. ManagerPlus has two as cloud-based solutions: Lightning Plus and Lightning Experience. The software also includes ManagerPlus mobile app for Android and iOS users to manage work orders in real time.
