ContractRoom EraCLM, discontinued

EraCLM (formerly ContractRoom) is a negotiation process and contract management platform, designed to remove the endless back-and-forth and annoying redlines - instead providing perfect drafts, frictionless negotiation, and super simple compliance. EraCLM also leverages all the past data from business negotiations to improve the end-to-end process and decision-making over time. The vendor says its intuitive design and configuration make it perfect for both large and small organizations.

EraCLM is a Mitratech product since the May 2021 acquisition and relaunched under its new name in November of 2021. With this relaunch, the vendor states that the product's architecture enhancements will increase the platform's speed and agility, among other benefits for customers.
