EtaPRO

EtaPRO is a real-time performance and condition monitoring system that combines thermal performance, anomaly detection, and machinery dynamics, to maintain the health of a plant and its equipment. A high-speed data historian, on-line log book, report and alert engines, round out the platform for improving plant availability, capacity, and efficiency.

On the EtaPRO platform, four technologies are available:

• EtaPRO VirtualPlant - A technology for building first principles thermodynamic models of power plant cycles. It offers real-time benchmarks from design and acceptance test data to accelerate plant performance.
• EtaPRO APR - Using advanced pattern recognition, the technology provides highly granular process and equipment predictive models for identifying changes in plant and equipment conditions before they become critical.
  
• EtaPRO Predictor - Combines advanced diagnostic tools in an automated approach to detection, diagnosis, and prognosis of the most critical rotating assets.
  
• EtaRO Archive - A data historian that when coupled with the EtaPRO Server, can be used to collect, analyze, and store data. It preserves process data and calculated results at nearly original resolution, and delivers trends and statistics to EtaPRO client applications.
