Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is a fantastic training tool that I have used for many years in my current and previous roll. In terms of teaching financial literacy and life skills topics, I have yet to find anything better. They also have excellent customer support if you run into any issues while setting up classes or adding content to the classes.

Cons

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We currently use Everfi to complete our mandatory preventing harassment & discrimination compliance training. We also use Everfi to assign one-off trainings to employees who are on a performance improvement plan and need to revisit certain topics.

We are considering expanding our use of Everfi to have our employees complete IT data/secutiry trainings.

Pros

  • Robust compliance course catalog will save the HR/Training team time creating materials.
  • Ability to track completion.
  • Very good diversity/inclusion content - cheaper to deploy than to bring onsite consultants to teach the material.

Cons

  • The administration portal felt clunky with an outdated user interface.
  • Assigning courses could be tedious, it was hard to know what notifications employees were receiving.
