ExaminLab by Arca24 is an Language & technical Testing Platform designed to make the process of selection and evaluation of candidates and employees more effective and simple. It can be linked with business applications via API (ATS, Employee Management Software) and to job boards and platforms

All tests are adaptive, based on “CAT” technology: Computerised Adaptive Test: it is the test that adapts to the candidate's skills and mantains a high level of engagement. Tests are available in 6 languages and can be done remotely from any device

Language Tests library includes:

• International languages (English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese)
• Non-European languages (Chinese, Japanese, Arabic and Russian)
• Business languages

The result is expressed according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Modern Languages (from basic level A1 to proficiency level C2).

Technical Tests library includes:

• Microsoft Office and Accounting (verification of skills in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, messaging tools, etc….).
