We are using Excel Analyzer to analyse the data of the organization and it makes my work easy to find the errors and we use it to maintain the data as well. It improve my spread-sheet quality and its performance and ensure that the financial data is correct. In this we can also customize the tools according to are use.

Pros

  • It easily analyse the errors in the formula.
  • It also suggest me the formula that we need to use for the visualization.
  • It also evaluate the risk levels and suggest the solution as well
  • It easily analyse the duplicate data.

Cons

  • it having limited Integration with some tools but the tools that have are enough for our work.
  • Some tools are not working but it doesn't make a problem to use it.
  • It have limited reporting options and that is a good thing.

It analyse the financial Model for audit before taking a major decision. it is very easy to use and have a good usage for the new employees. It make my work easy to prepare the internal and external audits. It also help me to clean up the spreadsheets before automation and if you are in trouble then they have a very good customer support as well.

It is also helpful to track the record of all data, filtering the data according to our use and also helpful to analyze the work.

we have a thousand of applicants across multiple job openings so by using Excel Analyzer we are able to find duplicate entries, missing data and hiring metrics like cost/hire however the only thing is not there to automatically match resume with job description but that is fine for us as we have a ATS tool for that.

We had a situation where our client score card was not satisfactory due to SLA issue however when we checked our data into Excel Analyzer and we found most of requisitions were keep reopening again & again and that was hitting to our SLA score. We raised this concern to our client, and they agreed on the mistake on the score card and shared an updated one with achieving the SLA timely.
