Great value, lots of functionality, but dated interface.

Pros

  • Reporting functionality is very robust.
  • Tracking the entire candidate & recruiting process.
  • Great functionality for a staffing company.
  • Mass edit & loading features.

Cons

  • The interface is a bit clunky.
  • It would be nice to have a cloud-based version.
  • It doesn't have the ability to mass-action candidates while in the Jobs view.
  • I'd like to see the ability to create custom reports on my own.

Return on Investment

  • Before we were using an ATS that had no reporting capability. Now we're able to actually see trends, pull reports, & know what's going on in each division, down to individual recruiter activity.

Big improvements for cBizSoft's ATS now called Exelare

Pros

  • Strongest aspect is how it enables the user to customize what fields they see and that it allows the user to filter on any and/or each of the fields in an Excel Spreadsheet like environment.
  • Excellent list management features. Static lists as well as Dynamic lists are great.
  • Great navigation and hyperlinks for all records.

Cons

  • Would really like to see less clunky advanced search features. Many features brought over from older product that require understanding of old system to do in new system.
  • Would really like to see Resume Birth Date!
  • Need user ability to change Stylesheets other than calling for support to do them for you.

Return on Investment

  • It went from a less expensive alternative that did most of what we wanted better than our last ATS to being just the same price as their competitors. Hard to say what our ROI would be with the product.
