Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The business problem this app should address is the creation of travel itineraries, travel documents, and cost sheets for travel packages that include different services from different providers.
Itineraries are supposed to have a detailed description of the services included, including what is included, duration, beginning time, meeting point. The travel documents should have also the contact information of the service providers, as well as a day by day summary. The cost sheet need to show the total cost of the services in different currencies.

Pros

The first page of the itinerary is appealing

Cons

Services are very hard to find. The search needs lots of improvements to really be functional.
The itinerary outputs do not look visually appealing.
Not all services inserted in the itinerary appear in the travel documents, not even in the summary
The wrong information appears, for example details that should appear in the travel documents appear in the itinerary and viceversa creating a lot of confusion.

Likelihood to Recommend

The presentation looks appealing and functional but when one starts using the app, one soon realizes that it doesn't work properly.
It's not possible to insert all the data one needs, like beginning time, duration of the tour, description and detailed relative to meeting point and time. It's possible to insert (not in an organized manner) some of this data manually, but it's not possible to import an existing database and make it work.
