Actualmente lo utilizamos como un balanceador en el cual nos ayuda a distribuir las conexiones en multiples servicios. Nos sirve para no sobrecargar el back-end de nuestra infraestructura y podes publicar una misma IP y servicio al resto de los usuarios. No teniendo que preocuparnos redirigiendo todas las conexiones a un mismo equipo.

We currently use it as a load balancer, helping us distribute connections across multiple services. It helps us avoid overloading our infrastructure's back-end and allows us to publish the same IP address and service to other users. We don't have to worry about redirecting all connections to the same computer.
