Use Cases and Deployment Scope

For a Department that is always busy this software really comes in handy. Our organization uses Falcon to plan and create our content. This has helped us to publish social media content on time.

Cons

The ability to schedule multiple social media content months ahead.
No other missing functionality.
Nothing about Falcon is typically hard to use.

Falcon is well suited for social media content creation, planning, and posting. Falcon also our engagement on all our social media platforms drastically increased. This is essentially the best software we have used for Marketing in our company, we believe this is the best investment our company has made. In addition, we have not faced any serious problems and/or difficulties since we have begun using this software.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Falcon to schedule social content posts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, etc., to support our business's omnichannel strategy. Which is ideal for supporting our marketing mix. Most recently, we have been experimenting with Linkedin carousels to make our content more stackable. Falcon plays a crucial role in making it efficient to deliver to the different channels.

Pros

The user interface is intuitive and slick
It can send content to a variety of social channels
It allows is to schedule in advance and reduce duplication of effort

Cons

It doesn't offer a free trial
The mobile view does lack features

We recently launched a carousel campaign in a bid to make our content more stackable. With the wide variety of social media integrations, it made it easy to create the social post once and publish it everywhere. This made the process much more efficient, less laborious, and removed duplication of effort.
