I have been using Magical within the last 4 years. I have immense nerve hand pain issues and I am a customer support. This role comes with writing many sentences over and over again. Magical literally saved my life with their shortcuts, as I was able to quickly write big texts and edit them to be used later.
Pros
- Easy UI and UX. Extremely easy to understand
- Customization and flexibility of their features is amazing.
Cons
- Configuring Autofill can get complicated!
Likelihood to Recommend
I would recommend Magical for people with disabilities, especially those who are suffering from nerve pain. I would also recommend Magical for customer support agents who have to write the same sentence (like greetings, signatures, email sign offs)
