We currently utilize Glider.ai to review technical capabilities of Software Developers. As a staffing agency sorting through IT Technical talent, the tool helps us screen talent to make sure that someone else is not taking the test for them and that they have the knowledge they have indicated on their resume.

It does well to verify the identity of the test taker and making sure that they are not utilizing other resources to cheat. In my experience, it is way too intrusive, and it appears as though someone has figured out how to utilize software to circumnavigate it. I have a ticket in, here's to hoping its fixed.
