GohHire has helped a lot in our small business. This is how I got my job and going for 3 years into this job. GoHire helps us by adding Windows interview so we can hire employees and communicate with everyone. Sometimes we address our business problems on their since we can have direct contact to these workers.

GoHire was the place where I got my job for 3 years and going. This application has alot if potential for small business. Another thing I would love if they have is pop up interviews or some sort of programs to have more direct contact to the company. Highly recommended site.

GoHire provides my company with the way to list current job offerings, set up interviews and line up potential candidates, then simplifies the selection process. The big problem it helps us address is listing jobs and staying on top of whereabouts you list them. We tried using Facebook, then WordPress to list job openings however they seem to get buried in the media feed. GoHire allows an easy, simple stopping point to contain all our job offers in one place.

If you need to hire one person then the software is a bit overkill for you. If you are looking to hire multiple people in different departments and would like to schedule interviews with multiple candidates, then this would be a good win for you. My company is a circus company, so we have to list multiple jobs often. This allows us to track those jobs and the people with ease.
