Remote teams rely on GoodAccess to securely access cloud infrastructure and connect to major cloud providers like AWS and Azure. The affordability of GoodAccess makes it an ideal solution for startup companies, as it offers a private server setup that saves both costs and time on maintenance. It also caters to the specific needs of the financial sector by providing a secure and cost-effective way to access financial institutions through a sharable static IP. GoodAccess is highly valued by remote developers and freelancers, who appreciate its extensive features for granting different levels of access to team members. Employees working from home find GoodAccess reliable and user-friendly for accessing systems that require a static IP. Additionally, GoodAccess offers flexibility by acting as an alternative gateway for users to connect dynamically to servers worldwide. Its stability and performance make GoodAccess a trusted VPN option for ensuring a consistent and strong connection during remote work.
We have a globally distributed team. Our customers are all in the financial services industry with very tight access restriction policies for security and compliance reasons. GoodAccess provides a stable, reliable static IP address gateway to allow our team to access customers' networks to perform their development tasks. This is exactly the problem we need to address and GoodAccess does a very good job of it.
Pros
Compatible with all operating systems
Good connection speed
Easy to start and stop
Cons
The user avatar assignment is just weird
Sometimes the app doesn't shut down on Mac without hard-kill
Admin console can provide more info

If you have a widely distributed team that needs to access a secure network based on a fixed IP address for whitelisting restriction, GoodAccess is the right tool for you. As a robust all-purpose VPN solution, we have not tried that so lack experience to comment, but it can likely do the job well, too.
In my experience, GoodAccess is the most reliable VPN. Its stability is what stands out the most - I've been able to maintain a consistent and strong connection, making remote work smooth, unlike other VPNs that I have tried in the past. Also, the interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate.
Pros
Static IP for whitelisting
Stability
Ease of use
Cons
I would add more functionality
Likelihood to Recommend
I would highly recommend this software for teams that are distributed around the world. I am based in Argentina, and there is a client from our agency that usually blocks IPs from countries outside the US. I had tried 3 different VPNs and I couldn't access with any of them. Until I tried GoodAccess, and it worked out smoothly. The interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate.
It is one of the few options that there are to have one or more exclusive fixed IPs for the company. With GoodAccess, we resolved secure access to our environments for all remote developers and freelancers. It has a wide facility and options to grant access to different members. We use GoodAccess all the time since we all work remotely.
Pros
Static IP for whitelisting
Stability in connection
Client lightweight
Easy manageability
Cons
Custom access rules
Networking segregation

The GoodAccess solution allows you to secure access to cloud resources and environments, and easily manage access for remote work teams, who can be working from anywhere. Because it has the ability to assign one or more Gateway IP addresses that are exclusive for company use, you can manage access from remote environments through whitelists and keep them protected.
GoodAccess has been my team's cloud VPN tool for the last two years, and we have been happy with the features. I am the tool admin, and it has been easy to navigate and I have had no issues adding or removing users and updating the settings. Eva, our rep, is also quick to respond and helpful whenever we reach out.
Sometimes my team has issues loading and connecting to the tool and are forced to reboot the app or re-downloading which can be cumbersome.
GoodAccess allows my remote team to work closely together. Our daily tasks require us to log in and out of multiple platforms, which would flag our activities as suspicious without using GoodAccess.
Pros
Static IP
Ease of use/onboarding
Customer Support
Cons
Reliable connection
Improve App launch
More competitive pricing

Good Access is excellent for remote teams that need to share tools and accounts.
I wanted to share my experience with the static IP we hired from GoodAccess for our company. The setup process was very straightforward and easy to follow, we needed one gateway and multiple users, very easy. Overall, I would highly recommend GoodAccess to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality static IP solution for a team.
Pros
Easy setup
Team Friendly
Cost-Effective
Cons
More quick actions

I already recommended this for a person looking to have a sharable static IP at a reasonable price.
Goodaccess was very easy to setup to agents that are not very bright with computers. simple hyperlink selection, instant download and setup with a few easy steps.
Our company uses this to access while working remote.
Pros
Ease of use
Uptime, have yet to receive a disconnection
Support
10 users included in the 1 price
dedicated IP addressses
Cons
Price could be a little better

We were using openvpn, point to point and nordvpn for business. Each of these had their cons and occasionally ran into issues, those issues were disconnections. These disconnections decreased productivity. I had then researched for another solution which goodaccess became and ove rthe last 2 years, i have had none of these issues.
I have since introduced another company similar to mine which had also moved to Goodaccess without fault.
We are using Good Access private Gateway feature to control access to our web-based CRM system. Implementing Good Access within the company was fairly straight forward and all the support articles on their website made this process very easy. The support documentation on MSI deployment was most welcome also. We are also using the split tunneling feature, so only our business applications go through GoodAccess, and any other traffic wont go through GA. We have only been using GA for a few months, and so far we haven't had any issues.
Pros
Static IP
Split tunneling
Adding new users
Device statistics
Cons
Better user management (allowing, disallowing users to change their login details)

Accessing business critical applications on web through Dedicated Gateway - amazing access control
Using GoodAccess as Static ip gateway , in my country static ip too much pricy so i used GoodAccess as alternative gateway, i can use for example SMTP server and link it to my gateway and i can specifiy each port to specific server , any one connect to this gateway will transfer to specific server dynamically in general worldwide !
Pros
Static IP
Port Forward
backup gateway
Bridge network
Cons
Decreasing Price
Add some advanced feature in firewall
Spread gatways in asia and middle east
Likelihood to Recommend
Thier support too much fast and smart i love them , also thier support announced me about weakness in my servers !
We use GoodAccess to access our cloud infrastructure. For this we were looking for a VPN service with static ip and connectors to the main cloud providers (AWS, Azure, etc). Our developers work on this VPN all day long so we were also looking for a provider with high network infrastructure capabilities.
Pros
Intrastructure safety and reliability
Fast Network connection
Cloud connectors
Cons
It could be cheaper
There would be a lack of connectors to other infrastructures
May have SSO access with more applications
Likelihood to Recommend
I currently consider it to be the best service to securely and reliably access all of a company's online infrastructures. I believe that all companies should implement VPN access and the use of Goodaccess security tools gives it a plus. CCloud infrastructures are clearly exposed to data leakage or unauthorized access.

When launching a startup, many core services and IT necessities can be very costly and complex to setup. I wanted to opt for a private server VPN setup, but after weighing the pros and cons, including costs and time consumption for maintenance, I started looking around for a startup-friendly price model, and for a static office VPN, GoodAccess just simply comes out on top. After then using them for close to a year, we have only had a very small outage that they were quick to fix, and all in all it's been a blessing to not have to deal with VPN management, simply invite users with a click and the rest is sorted by their email onboarding. Dreamy!
Pros
Ease of use/onboarding, it's very easy for an IT admin to deploy to users
Simplicity, their management interface is dead simple to use and still powerful
Static VPN locations! We were looking for a pretty specific place, and they offered many of our second choices as well.
Cons
I believe the pricing model could use some better math for scalability, but it's still highly competitive and simple to upgrade with. For a mid-startup it will be harder to choose a company I believe, but for a 2-10 person organisation, there won't be any better.
Likelihood to Recommend
In short, GoodAccess provides ease of use for both admins and users, to deploy VPN profiles with both apps or OpenVPN profiles, which caters pretty much any use case I can think of. Not much more complex than that!
