I use Google Calendar every day. It helps me keep my schedule clean, and keeps me on task. I am constantly using it to create meetings both internal and external, and can easily attach meeting links for virtual meetings. It's literally the first thing I look at when I get to work, and the last thing I look at when I leave.

It's great for scheduling your own time for your own day and tasks. It's also great for scheduling meetings with other people internally and externally. We also have it connected to our internal office meeting room scheduler, which makes it great for room assignment, but sometimes we have some issues with it kicking you out of the room and giving it to somebody else. Probably our issue to resolve, but it's something that happens.

Each employee can track their work events and tasks separately while also being able to share events to the entire organization.

Google Calendar is great for tracking work events and tasks and scheduling inside and outside of the organization. It seamlessly works with all other google products making notetaking, scheduling, and many other tasks extremely easy.

Schedule meetings, set some repeating tasks, define agenda's, show when I'm available or in vacation. Set the link for the meeting of Google hangout. Seeing other colleagues availability to be able to schedule a meeting or know if they're joining or not and also being able to open some space for interviews.

It's great for a mid to large company where you need to schedule time and meetings with the company. For smaller teams and companies it might not make sense to use it. Overall it's quite handy to have a shared calendar space with a team and schedule your meetings there.

Google Calendar is an excellent tool for scheduling events and meetings and planning your day. It is a great collaboration tool since you can view one's schedule and organize events accordingly. It also provides alerts before the scheduled event's time, which is great since one need not be memorizing or tracking each event manually. I use Google Calendar extensively for my daily professional scheduling and organizing meets.

Google Calendar are a great tool for organizing professional events and meetings with multiple individuals, based on their available time slots. Its direct integration with google meet enables the user to easily navigate to the meeting link. The UI is also very user friendly and with minimal clutter which makes the UI very intuitive for the user.

I am able to see what is due by my students when I look at Google Calendar based off of what I have assigned for them in Google Classroom. It puts it into Google Calendar and I can see not only the work that is due by my students, but things that I have put into the calendar that I have to do.

I have been better able to keep up with anything I have assigned in Google Classroom to my students because it automatically puts the date that I said it was due into my calendar. I can then see whose was late and whose was on time.

Google Calendar is a crucial part of my workflow. As a manager, I use Google Calendar to navigate & plan my days & align with my direct reports, peers, & my boss on meetings. It enables success in a remote work environment by allowing users to block focus hours and set their working hours. I use it to also keep track of my direct reports when they are out of the office or when other company events are going on. We can save time by understanding when other people are in meetings or in focus hours so we can either reach out with questions a different time, or direct our questions to someone else. We also integrate Google Calendar with scheduling software to easily set up virtual meetings with customers.

Google Calendar is well suited for scheduling 1:1 and smaller group meetings and recurring meetings. It's also well suited to connect with scheduling software. However, there is still a lot of opportunity for improvement when you want to make a very well-organized calendar (for example, limitations with the meeting tagging & categories). It's also not as well suited for helping with scheduling for bigger groups.

In my organization, Google Calendar is used to schedule internal meetings, and schedule department-wide and individual tasks and reminders. We also use other software (Groove) to integrate with Gmail, so when clients schedule appointments with us, it shows up on our Google Calendar.

Google Calendar is great for remote working environments. If you want to schedule a meeting with someone internally, you can see openings on their calendar, so you don't double-book them. You can also block off time that you don't want people to book, and also make it clear when you are out of the office.

I use google calendar to set event remainders, and manage meetings with my team. It helps the whole team in time management. Everyone works in coordination with his/her teammates by checking their calendar slots. It also helps us in keeping the track of upcoming events which we short-list and prepare accordingly for the event. we in our company, also use it for booking appointment slots with our team leads or team managers. Google calendar tells us the status of our co-workers whether he is online or offline.

Google calendar is best suited for professional use, because right from my start, since i joined the company, the whole process of recruiting, joining and working for the company involved the use of google calendar. I was contacted via Gmail, and an meeting was set on a particular date using google calendar, which notified on that particular day, and i joined the meeting through a link in calendar events. Since that day i have been using Google calendar in a professional way, meeting clients, team mates, managers and co-workers by checking their slots and blocking it to let them know. So, i think Google calendar is good for professional use where the number of people are more, and time management is necessary.

Booking appointments, tasks, and reminders is a breeze, thanks to Google Calendar. Other members of the company can see this information as well. Because many businesses rely on Google Calendar, adding new work to my calendar is a cinch. We can't live without Google Calendar, and it makes our life a lot easier. We arrange estimates every day, so having all of the information we need in one place is critical. You may easily add information like reminders, locations, and more.

For a reminder app, it's perfect. It's what we utilize to schedule appointments with our customers. It's a way for us to share information about an event with our employees. Appointments may be added quickly and easily. Reminders sent to us via apps and websites are accurate and exactly what we expected them to be. I don't like how cumbersome it is to add files using the iOS app.

We use Google Calendar to manage and share our schedules across teams. The main business problem, in this case, is to know people's availability when you want to set up a meeting with them. Before using Google Calendar we used to ask people for their availability by email, which was extremely tedious, especially when trying to arrange meetings with many people across several teams. Being able to view everybody's availability on a single WEB page was kind of a revolution and made scheduling meetings way easier than before.

Google Calendar is definitely a great collaboration tool in cases where you have scheduled meetings with many people and do not want to spend hours asking for their availability. With Google Calendar you basically just have to select a spot when everybody can join. I would say Google Calendar is very appropriate when most people you invite to meetings use Google software as well. However, If most of the people you collaborate with use Microsoft 365 then Google Calendar is much less appropriate since it does not interoperate seamlessly with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
