Great functionality at a great price
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We were looking for a marketing tool that would allow us to have a lot of contacts and we found that GreenRope was a great solution. GreenRope is priced for the number of contacts we can have in our system. I also like the ability to track and update contacts and the ability to integrate with our CRM. We run our pipeline report through this software and we are able to track sales conversions.
Pros
- Great price for the services you get.
- The functionality of a top-level CRM.
- Fast response time for the support team if we run into issues.
Cons
- The system isn't very intuitive to use.
- It is highly customization, as a result, has a steep learning curve. It is more than just a casual CRM system.
- I've also had some challenges exporting data.
Likelihood to Recommend
It is very feature-rich which can be a good thing, but all those features are not very intuitive and take time to learn. As I mentioned, the platform is customizable but adds complexity to the software. If you want just a simple CRM system or just send out blast emails than GreenRope is probably overkill for you. I think it is more aimed at B2B than casual users.
