Hornetsecurity Email Archiving

Hornetsecurity ensures emails in companies are archived automatically with their email archiving service. A simple redirection of emails is all it takes to activate the archiving service. The data centres for archiving are securely encrypted and certified. In addition, the data centers are geo-redundant to avoid complete data loss.

The vendor's archiving service will make a copy of every email, both incoming and outgoing. These copies are then stored on Hornetsecurity servers - unaltered and unalterable. This process is fully automated and is carried out without intervention by administrators or Hornetsecurity.
