Huawei Cloud Host Security Service (HSS) helps detect and fend off intrusions, vulnerabilities, and malicious programs. It protects organization's data and reputation and helps meet compliance requirements. Users can check and manage all servers, their settings, and security events on a single console. Its risk assessment features enable users to review and remediate unsafe account settings, vulnerable ports and software, and weak passwords that HSS has found to improve server security.

HSS can be used to regularly scan account settings, defend against attacks, restore security to hacked accounts or servers, and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect against brute-force attacks.
