We use Hubilo as a webinar platform within our Marketing team. We were looking for something that was user friendly, offered branding capabilities and could be utilised not only within the Marketing team, but also throughout the business. It's been absolutely brilliant for these aspects and other teams have also commented on how easy it is to use for them to reach out to potential customers. External speakers have noted how good the platform looks and that it makes things easier for them when it comes to presenting.
Hubilo offers outstanding value. It is a great AI-powered webinar/conference platform. We were looking for a new solution that provided quick integration and great engagement tools during live events. After hosted several events on Hubilo, I am very pleased with their quality and customer support. We also greatly enhanced our post-event activities with their auto-generated Content Hub, which allowed us to quickly produce blogs, video snippets, transcripts and social posts.

Last year we organized a hybrid event for the first time, and while searching for a software solution we came across Hubilo. The project was a complete success, so we also tested whether we should use the software for webinars in general. We have now made the decision to cancel our “old” webinar software and switch to Hubilo globally. The tool offers us great tracking options and has excellent integration with HubSpot, our sales and marketing CRM.

It's great for anything where you need detailed tracking or want to further qualify contacts. I wouldn't use it for internal online events because the stream only works if every user logs in.

Definitely great tool to organise company webinars. For personal brands, it might be a bit expensive. But for companies that are driving a lot of lead generation through webinars, it is a good fit.
We used Hubilo for our annual conference of members within our professional organization in lieu of an in-person event. It was our first time doing an virtual conference. It was also a very quick turn-around from when we decided to hold the virtual event until the actual event date (aprox 120 days). We needed not only a platform that was easy to use for our attendees but for those setting it up.

I believe for the first time user with a small group of people setting up an event, [the Hubilo] platform and the support you receive from their team is wonderful. We really had 3 people doing most of the set up and had we not had our own self-imposed short period of time, would have found it very easy. Even with a short turn around from the time we signed the contract to the time we went live (1 week), we felt very happy with the end product.
We have used Hubilo to host a series of virtual conferences - facilitating networking among delegates and providing sponsors with opportunities to connect directly with the attendees. The platform allows us to broadcast our Zoom streams live, as well as providing the delegates with the opportunity to re watch old broadcasts and download the presenters slides.
