What is Hubspot Commerce Hub?

HubSpot Commerce Hub is a B2B e-commerce management solution designed to integrate with HubSpot CRM. It streamlines the opportunity-to-revenue process.

The features of the commerce software include: payment links, invoices, quotes, subscription management, automation, and revenue reporting.

Payment processing options include HubSpot payments or Stripe payment processing. The platform integrates with Quickbooks and over 1,800 tools in HubSpot’s App Marketplace.

There isn’t a monthly SaaS subscription fee for using Commerce Hub features. A fee is charged for payment transactions. Pricing per transaction depends on the payment processing option chosen:

HubSpot payments (per transaction):

  • Credit / Debit: 2.9% per transaction plus 0.5% platform fee
  • ACH: 0.8%, capped at $10 per transaction, plus 0.5% platform fee capped at $10

Stripe payment processing (per transaction):

  • Platform fee: 0.75%
  • The processing fee agreed to directly with Stripe
