IBM Cloud Pak for AIOps (formerly IBM Watson AIOps) allows users to deploy advanced, explainable AI on an open platform to assess, diagnose, and resolve incidents across mission-critical workloads. With it, users can extend the event analytics from IBM Netcool Operations Insight with real-time analysis of unstructured data, holistic correlation, and ChatOps integration; or, users can augment an existing monitoring solutions.

Great Cloud platform that helps centralize all the effectively manage multiple Cloud environment and the ability to manage multiple host operation issues is amazing. The file management capability using this software is good and very easy on chatbot creation and even the visibility and monitoring tools are very helpful. The workload and scaling capabilities provided by the tool are effective.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We leverage IBM Watson AIOps to do two primary functions, assist in our IT Asset Management and ensure that our application scaling (up and down) is fully automated. IBM Watson AIOps has allowed my team to more effectively manage IT Asset management tasks with lower effort and higher visibility, as well as recoup costs from zombie application instances in our Hybrid Cloud environments.
