Pros
- Good customer service.
- Good follow up on migration project.
- Easy to coordinate maintenance with customer.
Cons
- Monitoring of the server not always working.
- Difficulty to process all the request we open.
- Hard to follow up the ticket on the IBM cloud portal.
Return on Investment
- Negative: User can't use the system if it not working
- Negative: We need to inform ourselves about IBM security breaches on servers that we do not have access to.
- Positive: Easier to plan maintenance for an upgrade.
