It is a very good product based on IBM XIV storage technology that enables rapid deployment of block storage services for new and traditional workloads, on-premises, off-premises, and in a combination of both.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In our organization we had separate storage for file and database, now with IBM Spectrum Accelerate we were able to unify them. Implementing a solution with IBM Spectrum Accelerate product was one of the best decisions made for managing our in-house data center, It helps us organize ourselves with all the information from our backups at the SAN and NAS level.
