We are still very early in our journey and need to figure out some things that the implementor said we could not due, but after meeting folks at eh Icertis Connect we found out that was not true. Really looking forward to getting the bugs fixed and see where we are 6 months from now.

It delivers a centralized workspace to manage the contract lifecycle and integrates effectively into Ariba and SAP, which were critical requirements for our organization. As the system admins, our team uses Icertis with several integrations to manage obligations and commitments for the end users. They are able to track their SLAs digitally and in real-time to receive credits for the business when their is downtime, etc. This was a really cumbersome process before they were in the system, and details were often overlooked. Now, we are saving the company time, and money with our favorite ICI feature- Obligation Management!

In my experience, we’ve had a lot of frustration with the application but mainly how much resources it takes to manage on the backend and training. Also how large the learning curve is for users. Not user friendly.
We utilize Icertis for our end to end process flows from request until executed. We were having issues with having many processes outside of the system, and we were able to take advantage of the workflow in order to ensure a great audit history and ensure all contracts return to the systems post execution.

Icertis does a really nice job of routing contracts through the workflow. It provides high visibility and allows comments and questions to be inserted at every phase. It's very user-friendly and works as a nice deposit for all new and existing contracts and agreements. It is less suitable as a start-to-finish sourcing tool.
