Beakon is a cloud-based risk management solution from Ideagen since the February 2025 acquisition. With 50+ modules Beakon supports Quality, Health, and Safety & Environment Frameworks, together with Industry Standards, to drive a compliant, and continuous improvement process. Its modules include Contractor Management, Risk Assessments, Audits, E-Learning, E-Permit to Work, and Incident Management.

• Audits - Capture information and corrective actions. Beakon Audit Software can be customized to the organisation’s requirements. It is functional on mobile devices, and manages workflows and corrective actions, with reporting.
• Contractor Management - Beakon’s contractor management software ensures every Contractor engaged is qualified, trained, insured and capable, before attending site or commencing work, with license tracking, prequalification, and elearning.
• Incident Management - Report, Analyse, Investigate and Track events. Incidents, Hazards, Non-conformances, Opportunities for improvements all in one interface.
• Permit to Work - Control a site and shutdowns in one place. As an integrated safe system of work, Beakon’s Permit to Work system can function as a free-standing module, or work with Beakon’s other risk management software products.
• Risk Management - Enables decision makers to capture risk with strategies to mitigate and manage identified risks.
• Visitor Management - Beakon Visitor Register allows businesses to track visitors at their buildings, work sites, and unattended remote facilities by recording key data and ensuring clients are in control of who has access to their premises.
• Task Register - Beakon Task Management software is used to allocate tasks, manage progress, and stay on track. The user can escalate open tasks, facilitate team collaboration, and update a risk register.
