The user-friendly site design and simple interface of Infogram make it easy for users to navigate and create visually appealing infographics.
Wide Selection of Templates: Users appreciate the wide selection of templates offered by Infogram, which allows them to create stunning visualizations without starting from scratch. The variety of pre-selected color palettes for personalizing graphs is appreciated as well. Some reviewers feel that the availability of different templates, along with the ability to customize colors and themes of graphs, makes Infogram a versatile tool for various graphic design needs.
Time-saving Features: Infogram is highly regarded for its time-saving capabilities. Users mention that they can quickly create and edit templates, allowing for fast customization. Part of what I do is train NGOs, non-profits, civil society, and media organizations on working with, visualizing, and presenting their data to raise awareness or improve their marketing. I demo and help them use a variety of data visualization software and Infogram is almost always the most popular due to its ease of use for non-technical people. As a freelance graphic designer, I have also personally used it to create graphics for clients.
Pros
Intuitive, friendly interface that is actually fun to work with and makes data visualization less intimidating. Easy for non-technical people to master
A wide variety of visualizations, charts, and graphic elements that continues to grow
Great compatibility. Easy to integrate with webpages, social media marketing, etc. and mobile-friendly
Saves a lot of time. You can have a professional-looking infographic or chart pretty quickly that is ready to share or embed.
Cons
If you want to create a very complex visualization this probably isn't for you, but this isn't really what Infogram is made for.
If you want to create a very customized design there are some limitations, you can't add any custom CSS, etc. Again, Infogram isn't really made for this.
You have to be online to use it.
You can't download your charts to use elsewhere (eg. add to a printed annual report) unless you have a Pro, Business, or Enterprise account.

Infogram is perfect for creating engaging and professional-looking infographics, data visualizations, and social media content with no technical knowledge required. I have worked with NGOs with no technical or design staff that need to get their message out there or raise awareness about something. Infogram is easy and quick to use and the results look great. Infogram is not heavyweight data visualization software, it's best for summarizing and explaining the results of data analysis to an audience or breaking down complex concepts to make them understandable to the general public.
Infogram is a really great infographic tool, allowing us to quickly construct a captivating graphic without too much editing. One of the responsibilities of my department is to work with health communication to the population. As such, often we have to convey complex numeric data in a format that is easy to read and understand. Before Infogram, we had to make all infographics by hand in Illustrator or Photoshop. Now, with Infogram, we have access to a wide range of options that make our work process much quicker and smoother.
Pros
It is specifically made for the creation of infographics and it excels in this field.
It provides the novice user with many beautiful templates, easing the learning process.
It integrates with many databases, making the infographic dynamic always up-to-date.
Cons
As with other web-based apps, you need a reliable internet connection.
Sometimes you really wish to have more control over some graphics, to make finer tweaking.
The price for the pro version (the lower tier above free) is currently at 19 USD/month when billed annually, which can be a bit much if you don't need to use Infogram regularly.

Infogram is great for making infographic-based presentations, leaving behind that look of the old PowerPoint graphics. It is also very good to create posters, maps, and other graphic communication pieces, particularly when there is a need for high-density information in a compact and attractive format. It could also be very useful for promoting ideas at social media, due to the same reasons. In short, it is a powerful tool for communication.
I’m using infogram to make great sexy graphs for board presentations. It’s being used by 1-2 departments that have the need to make top level presentations in PowerPoint. We are replacing the tedious Excel graphs with these vibrant ones.
Pros
Very rich graph library
Very easy to use
Beautiful graphs in terms of design
Animated graphs for online presentations
Free plan has many features
Cons
I gave it a 10 for a reason....
Some graphs could have more features to change their appearance (but perhaps then it wouldn’t be as simple)
Should have a better way to copy and paste to another app

It can replace excel graphs for more powerful and brilliant presentations either static or online.
It is very easy, just copy paste raw excel information to the data sheet in infogram and your grap is built in a snap.
Not so god when you edit the data a lot.
