Ingentis org.manager creates custom, data-rich org charts automatically to help users stay on top of HR data, and facilitates organizational design processes.

The software interfaces to HR systems such as SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HR, PeopleSoft, and Workday; even flat files can be used. Content, design, and layout of the org chart perspectives are limitless.

Key metrics can be calculated and displayed within the hierarchy or in dashboards for an overview. The definition of individual visualization rules helps point out particularly important aspects. This is also useful when visualizing large amounts of data in a Big Data graphic such as the Sunburst Chart.

Ingentis org.manager also comes with a modeling feature allowing for user-friendly reorganization simulation. Changes can be performed via drag-and-drop and objects can be changed, removed, or added with only a few clicks. Key metrics are updated in the process providing a basis for decisions about future structures.
